Shipping Policy:

Your jewelry is handmade, especially for you!

The waiting time until receiving the jewelry consists of two main stages:

Production:

  • Up to 14 business days are dedicated to creating the jewelry, adjusting the size, polishing and strict quality control.

sending:

  • 3-4 additional business days are dedicated to the jewelry arriving to you via a courier all over the country.

Free shipping to the whole country!

Another option is self-collection from our studio in Ramat Gan, by prior arrangement.

Special delivery times:

  • There may be slight delays in delivery times to certain localities. We will be happy to check the estimated delivery time for you.
  • If you have a specific date when you need a piece of jewelry, contact us . An additional fee may be required for express delivery, and we may not always be able to accommodate all requests.
  • We do our best to shorten the waiting time as much as possible, understanding that it is important for you to receive the jewelry quickly.

  • There may be unexpected delays in shipping times due to the current situation. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused and wish us all quieter days.🎗️
  • We are exempt from any responsibility for mistakes that may occur with courier companies.

Want to exchange or return the purchase?

Each piece of jewelry is a unique work of art.

All our jewelry is handmade, using natural materials and lots of love. As a result, each item is unique and original. We invest a lot of time and effort in creating each piece of jewelry, and take care of every detail.

We want you to love your jewelry!

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and it is returned in its original packaging.

Return in case of a defective product:

If you received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and attach photos of the defect. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement item.

Return/exchange with a purchase on the website:

  • Products ordered by size or special request cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds can be made for products sent from stock within 14 business days of receipt.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition as new and unused.
  • The refund will be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, deducting a 5% cancellation fee or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
  • When purchasing a piece of jewelry whose price exceeds NIS 3,000, you cannot receive a refund, but you can make an exchange or receive a credit for redemption in a store or on the website.

Special and customized orders:

  • All personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Special orders will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
  • A special order includes any piece of jewelry, gemstone or gift item ordered or modified at the customer's request.
  • All items in the name/personalized category are included under the definition of a personalized item .
How do you return?
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law ("the Law"), you may cancel the transaction starting from the day the transaction was executed and up to 14* days from the day you received the product or from the day you received the tax invoice/receipt, whichever is later.
You must notify us of the cancellation of the transaction by sending an e-mail to: omri.ezer@gmail.com .
The name of the customer and the supplier of the order must be stated in the cancellation notice.
If you have already received the product, you must return the product to us to:

Upon its return, the product will be checked by us and after approval, a refund or another item of your choice will be given.

The return of the item will be made by the customer packed in its original packaging, if you are unable to send, contact us and we will make a collection delivery and the collection fee (in the amount of NIS 40) will be deducted from the return.

* A person with a disability, a senior citizen and a new immigrant (as defined by law), may cancel a transaction within four months from the date of making the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of this document, whichever is later, provided that entering into the transaction included a conversation between the customer and the company (including through electronic communication ).
The business will be entitled to ask the customer for a certificate proving that he is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant as the case may be.
The customer's right to cancel a transaction does not detract from the company's right to claim its damages in the event of canceling a transaction and/or returning products if the company proves that their value has decreased, including as a result of deterioration or a change in their condition while they were in the customer's possession.
If, despite our best efforts, we send you a damaged item, we apologize and will make sure to credit you for it upon returning it to our studio. Please contact us.
In case of a damaged item, a refund for the item and shipping will be made within 14 business days from the day the item is received by our studio.
